Our Team Building
Activities
Water Volleyball
Duration: 1-1.5 hours
No of participants: 10 pax onwards
Two teams who will stand on either side of the net. Each team will be given sheet to launch as well as catch the water balloon. With careful manoeuvering and positioning, the balloon need to be tossed from one side to the other. Any misses will result in water being splashed on the participants.
Bamboo Pipeline
Duration: 30min – 1 hour
No of participants: 15 pax onwards
The facilitator will equip team members with bamboos which has been split. The bamboo cuts have to be held in succession in order to create a pipeline. Water is poured down this pipeline into a narrow mouth bottle. The fastest team to fill up the bottle wins.
Tower of Babel
Duration: 45min – 1 hour
No of participants: 15 pax onwards
Team members have to collaborate together and design a tower with the help of a small wooden disc tied to multiple ropes. None of the blocks can be touched by hand and the disc has to be manoeuvred by the participants to from the blocks into a tower.
Ring Ball Challenge
Duration: 45 hours
No of participants: 10 pax onwards
Each team has a common starting point. Team members must maneuver a ball from one point to another by adjusting the tension of the rope from every direction. The fastest team to reach the finish line is declared the winner.
Domino Reaction
Duration: 1-1.5 hours
No of participants: 15 pax onwards
In this challenge, participants create a creative domino falling effect. Winner is judged by creativity and smoothness of the domino falling executing. This is related to chain effect that we create in the work place that affects people around us.
Cook Up A Storm
Duration: 3 hours
No of participants: 10 pax onwards
Teams are tasked with cooking a 3 dish meal comprising of fried rice, fish and vegetable, with raw materials provided. Winner is judged based on creative presentation, teamwork, taste and completion within stipulated time.
Twisty Treasure Hunt
Duration: 3 hours
No of participants: 20 pax onwards
Teams gear up for a treasure hunt around Carpe Diem. Clues are handed out with the objective of finding pieces of treasure. The combined effort of all teams leads to a masterpiece in the finale which will be revealed to all.
Intro to Carpentry
Duration: 3 hours
No of participants: Minimum 5 pax
In this 3 hour course, participants learn the process of using power tools safely and undertake a woodworking project to create a pine wood kitchen organizer. Participants will acquire new skills and confidence in DIY capabilities.
Jungle Trekking
Duration: 2.5-5 hours
No of participants: 5 pax onwards
Trek into the forest of Serendah beyond its waterfall. With 2 trekking packages, a wealth of natural experience and learning awaits you as the local Orang Asli brings you deep into the lush jungle to discover its secrets.
